Cheesecake with apples and candy-coated


What I needed? 
130 g plain flour 
100 g butter 
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons ice water, 
0.5 kg of white cheese 
1 cup grated apples 
2 tablespoons canola oil 
3 medium eggs
2 tablespoons flour 
1 tablespoon cornstarch 
1 teaspoon baking powder 
3/4 cup sugar 
4 tablespoons heavy cream 
100 g candy (Christmas sticks) 
3 tablespoons cream 12% 
1 tablespoon of sugar to cream 12 %

Delicious chocolate cake


sponge cake:
8 medium eggs 
1 cup granulated sugar

chocolate mass:
500 g mascarpone
100 g of chocolate milk

Punch:
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons rum
4 tablespoons hot water
1 teaspoon sugar

And:
200 g dark chocolate
100 g milk chocolate
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon butter

Carrot Cheesecake



Bottom :

Werther original cake chocolate-beet ground

Of course I had to add Werther Original , adore them!

What's needed?
Chocolate cake :
One plate  of chocolate bitter ible ,

10 tablets sweetener dissolved in 0.5 of water glass ,
80 g  of wheat flour above ,
1 teaspoon  baking powder ,

Soft cheese cake with potatoes

IN the cheese:
250 g white cheese,
3 medium potatoes,
100 g of white chocolate
50 g of butter,
180 g heavy cream,

5 tablespoons of cappuccino,
1 egg,
2 tablespoons cake flour,
3 meringues
0.5 cup sugar

Lemon cake - lemon muffins

1 tablespoon  fresh lime juice ,

Cream the butter with the sugar, slowly add the flour mixed with baking powder. Then add the remaining ingredients, mix well together.

Muffins with Santa Clauses Christmas

Muffins with cranberries

1 cup of wheat flour, 
60 g sugar, 
100 g butter,

6 tablespoons of homemade cranberry jam, 
0.5 cup of milk,
