Trout curry with lovage


What's needed?
2 large trout 
2 teaspoons curry powder 
4 sprigs lovage 
4 shepherdess lemon 
2 sprigs parsley, 
sea salt-MILL 
freshly ground black pepper 
1 tablespoon butter, 
canola oil 

cleaned trout, whole (outside and inside), lubricate with salt, pepper and curry powder. To measure put lovage, parsley and lemon slice one. Sczepić whole toothpicks and fry in canola oil with a bit of butter. Serve with rice and a piece of lemon.

Salmon with mustard sauce with cous cous



What's needed?
2 salmon fillets (such 10cm/10cm)
0.5 medium white onion,
2 tablespoons chopped parsley green,
1 tablespoon French mustard,
3 tablespoons cream 18%
Sea salt-MILL,
Black pepper-MILL,
cayenne powder,
3 tablespoons olive oil
0.5 package couscous,
1 teaspoon of butter
green olives, 
onions marinated in balsamic vinegar

Onion, cut into small cubes.
Finely chop the parsley.
Salmon clean, cut their surface slightly from the skin. 
On one skillet in hot olive oil, lay the salmon skin-side down, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper, ponarzucać sprigs of parsley. After about 4 minutes as I will be seen on the sides of a nice light pink color, turn over and fry another minute. 
On the other pan in olive oil lightly fry the onion, add the mustard, add about 1 tablespoon of parsley, season with salt, pepper, hot pepper . After about 3 minutes, add the cream, bring to the boil and remove from heat.
Cous cous done according to the recipe on the package. As has already been swell, season with salt and add a teaspoon of butter. 
Serve with olives and onions marinated in balsamic vinegar.

Fillet of mackerel with mozzarella cheese in puff pastry


What's needed?
8 small fillets of mackerel 
1 ball of mozzarella 
1 cake French 
0.5 lemon 
-MILL sea salt 
black pepper 
ground sweet pepper 
puree tomato and capsicum (we used our own production) 
olive oil

Mackerel fillets, lemon juice, sprinkle with salt, pepper and sweet pepper. Let stand for 10 minutes. Fry in a little olive oil only from the skin (about 4 minutes).
Puff pastry divided into 8 parts (I had the fillet that 8 perfectly fit on one lobe of the dough). Half of a small piece of spread puree (mine was home with peppers and tomatoes). Lay a piece of mackerel peel to the dough and top with a piece of mozzarella. Cover with other half of dough.
Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Atlantic prawns fried with beer served with mango salsa and zucchini



Half-board was delicious! We love to eat hands, play with shrimp on the plate, breaking their legs and head. We got the promotion and surprisingly Atlantic shrimp were freshly prepared, melted in my mouth ...
We made them with mango salsa and a tube of parmesan, vamp our Irladzkiego mint sauce perfectly composed with the dish!

What's needed?
The mango salsa:
1  mango ,
1 small  red onion ,
2 tablespoons  fresh lime juice ,
1 teaspoon  olive oil ,
1 clove  czosn to ,
Sea salt-MILL ,
Black pepper-MILL ,
0.5 teaspoons  honey u ,
a bit of  chilli pepper Cayenne

Mango peel and cut into small squares, finely chop onion with a clove of garlic and mix together in a bowl. Add lime juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, honey and chilli. Mix well,
Salsa, of course, we did more, I'm sure will be useful for other dishes :)


THE SHRIMP:
10 pieces of shrimp Atlantic ,
1 small  zucchini ,
1/3 cup of  beer and ,
1 tablespoon  olive oil ,
1 tablespoon  of butter and ,
1 clove  czosn to ,
0.5 small  onion protein above ,
thyme, dried ,
Sea salt-MILL ,
Black pepper-MILL ,

ADDITIONALLY:
of course mint sauce
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese-grated

Shrimp, rinse and dry.
The grill pan heat the olive oil and fry on it lengthwise into 4 parts (without asshole) zucchini for 3 minutes add the shrimp, lightly posól. Fry together for about 3 minutes and connect with beer, laughing lightly boils and evaporates.
How little has evaporated add the butter, thyme, pepper and drobniusieńko chopped onion and garlic. Wait time to fry than taste and take off the fire.

With a dry frying pan heat up on the fire, pour cheese on it (such naleśniczek). The cheese melts and flows out the fat does not burn. As has been the cheese is melted take it off the heat, wait a while and wrap it on the metal rim of such a slotted spoon, ladles, pestle. Refrigerate for 1 hour to solidify. Amazingly after 1 hour easily left the spoon :)




Well how could not add as creative as frustules pictures :) plucked shrimp were great!

Flounder in two flavors of roasted wegetables



Flounder, I ate it for the first time, it is very thin and for such a relatively small fish has a its own unique posmaczek and consistency. Raphael kombinator decided to do it in two ways ... The mustard in my opinion was tastier, but that's a matter of taste :) and veggies ... simply fabulous!

What's needed?
4 pieces of flounder across the skin,
2 Atlantic shrimp,

3 teaspoons of French mustard,
3 florets of broccoli,
3 florets of cauliflower,
0.5 pieces of zucchini,
Fourth piece of red pepper,
Fourth piece of fresh green peppers,
1 small kohlrabi young
1 small red onion,
4 mushrooms,
Sea salt-MILL,
Black pepper-MILL,
0.5 pc of lemon,
dried thyme,
dried parsley,
olive oil,
garlic powder,

Clean and wash the fish, salt and pepper, put it lightly passed the taste.
The grill pan heat the olive oil and toss it: 
cauliflower and broccoli florets, 
chopped red onion in larger pieces, 
cut peppers into strips, 
kohlrabi cut into rings, 
whole mushroom caps, 
diced zucchini, 
Cook for about 8min in the meantime seasoning salt , pepper, granulated garlic and thyme.
Put veggies on a baking tray, put them two flounder slightly nicked, do not squeeze the lemon peel and brush from the top of French mustard.  
Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25min. At the end, before serving sprinkle with dried parsley.
During baking the fish in the oven in a pan, which were veggies pour a little olive oil, heat and fry the remaining two flounder with shrimp, sprinkle with thyme and gently pouring lemon juice. Cook for about 3 minutes on one side.

Thick thai soup with seafood



Because we love seafood we decided to take a warming soup with that aphrodisiac. But it was not a normal day, it was our anniversary ... Yes, we are together equal to two years, we found that the combination of delicious gifts of the sea together with consummate taste of champagne in a Thai accent is so special to us at the perfect dish.

What's needed?

600 g of frozen seafood mix, 
2 large carrots, 
2 leeks (white tip), 
4 cloves of garlic, 
4 tablespoons olive oil, 
2 tablespoons butter, 
pack "idea ... Thai soup" Winiar
one glass of champagne, 
Pepper black-MILL, 
sea salt-MILL, 
3 drops of fish sauce 
1.5 cups of water 

Seafood thaw, rinse and drain the excess water. 
carrots and leeks, cut into bars. 
saucepan fry in olive oil, chopped garlic into small pieces. 
To add garlic, seafood and veggies, salt and pepper, add the fish sauce fry together for about 4 minutes and add 1.5 cups of water and cook about 10 minutes. Then pour the champagne. Everything minute boil, wait until the water has evaporated slightly and add the butter to soup slightly thickened.

Mackerel fried with garlic, served on lettuce mix



We are fortunate that my dad has a hobby and loves to catch fish ... he's lived with my mother in Ireland and the caught fish are in Poland expensive or unavailable. I take from my parenta salmon, eel and mackerel. I've never had fried mackerel, usually smoked ... 
It is sated fish, quite fat... Its meat after frying was juicy, and most importantly without bones. WAS GOOD!

What do we need?
2 pieces  mackerel ,
4 cloves  of garlic,
0.5 pieces  of lemon ,
olive oil ,
Sea salt ,
Black pepper ,
thyme ,
sagebrush,
butter
milk, to soak

Mackerel clean, wash, cut their surface skin on both sides, salt and pepper the outside and inside and soak in milk, leave it for 1 hour in the refrigerator. 
Then put a piece of crushed garlic, lemon eighth note, mugwort and fresh thyme. 
On the grill pan fry in olive oil garlic cloves, put mackerel and fry for about 3 minutes on one side, then the other. 
We ate with potatoes and a salad of lettuce mix.

Italian Pumpernickel with mussels


Something healthy for breakfast... I look to the fridge, hmmm what can I find here?? Oooo pumpernickel and some mussels! I should quickly take this and do something!

So, I take:
2 slices of pumpernickel bread, 
0.5 cups of mussels without shells, 
2 tablespoons corn,
4 green olives, 
3 tablespoons grated edam cheese, 
0,5 onion,
basil, 
oregano, 
garlic salt, 
black pepper, 
2 drops Tabasco, 
2 tablespoons olive,

On the oil fry the chopped onions in a small cubes, add mules, fry while. Still stirring. Cover for about 3 minutes on low heat. Add the corn and all the herbs, spices and Tabasco. Fry for a minute and take from heat, add cheese and mix well and quickly. 
Put on pumpernickel bread still warm stew from mussels and add green olives cut on a half.

Shrimp with cherry tomatoes and garlic



The real aphrodisiac, ideal for lovers for a romantic dinner. Seafood is our delicacy, just love them! It is a pity that with us in Poland, they are quite expensive, but now more and more popular. We are happy that in Ireland shrimps are cheaper and so popular :D We make on shrimp, came proudly ... making shrimp focus on their natural and do not use too many spices and herbs to not kill the taste.

What do we need?
350g frozen shrimp,
5 cherry tomatoes,
2 cloves of garlic, 
0.5 cups spicy tomato juice,
0.5 pieces of lemon,
1 tablespoon of butter,
0.5 tablespoons of olive oil,
Sea salt,
Black pepper.

Melt butter in a pan, fry the garlic cut into slices, add the shrimp previously thawed. Season with salt and pepper and fry for 1 minute, add the olive oil, a slice of lemon with peel and cherry tomatoes cut in half, sprinkle with the rest of the lemon juice, fry for a while. Pour the tomato juice, bring to a boil and cook until the juice reduces and thickens. 
Serve warm with crispy baguette.

Smoked salmon with cucumber -party food



Are you making party? Do not forget to do something delicious to eat! I've got something special, very simple and extremely delicious ...


All you need is:
150 grams  sliced ​​smoked salmon
1 piece of pickled gherkins,
0.5 package  philadelphia cheese (grilled peppers)

On the table lay plastic wrap, put on  it salmon slices arranged so as to overlap slightly at each other. Spread Philadelphia on the edge and place the cucumber cut into quarters.

With the plastic wrap roll salmon and roll on both sides like a candy. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, remove the foil cut diagonally and place on plate.
