nut and lemon cheesecake
For some time I ran obsessions baking cheesecake in different ways ... scheming and scheming, I want to finally work out a perfect ... can not work out stunning picture but I could not do it because the dough in the blink of an eye has been eaten!
What's needed?
On the bottom:
10 pieces biscuits,
5 tablespoons melted butter,
2 tablespoons sugar,
walnuts 12 halves,
on the cheese:
1 pack 200g ricotta cheese ,
250 g of cottage cheese,
1 piece egg,
4 tablespoons of crushed walnuts,
2 tablespoons crushed hazelnuts,
1 piece lemon juice,
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel,
0.5 cup sugar
4 tablespoons flat wheat flour,
1 level tablespoon potato flour ,
a pinch of salt,
1 teaspoon baking powder,
1 package vanilla sugar,
icing:
sweet jelly cup
First crack the walnuts, break into small pieces and fry in a dry pan. biscuits crushed into very fine, place in a food processor and mix with melted butter, sugar and walnuts podsmażonymi. badge 35/12 smear with butter, put the dough in the bottom of the biscuits. Insert the two plates in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about one hour. Do not open the oven!! 4 After an hour, turn off the oven but do not open for 30 minutes, then set aside and keep even two hours. Pull out, and leave the room temp. 5 Make a sweet cup (I had a taste of black frugo) but Rozrobić only half a cup. Cool and pour on cake. Place the dough in the refrigerator overnight.
