Soft cheese cake with potatoes



Come on, now long past Valentine's Day, cheesecake with little heart is good for every occasion! 
Raphael grandmother makes sensational cheesecake, as I tried it the first time I had no idea that it is half and half made with quark cheese and potatoes. I decided to try it! It has modernized a bit and went perfectly! Very delicate, literally melts in your mouth ...

What's needed?
THE CAKE:
10 pieces of biscuits,
2 tablespoons of crushed walnuts,
0.5 cup butter,
0.5 cup of wheat flour,
0.5 cup sugar
2 tablespoons plain yogurt,

IN the cheese:
250 g white cheese,
3 medium potatoes,
100 g of white chocolate
50 g of butter,
180 g heavy cream,
10 + 0.5 sweetener tablets glass of hot water to dissolve,
5 tablespoons of cappuccino,
1 egg,
2 tablespoons cake flour,
