Crepa con fruteria- corn flour pancake with forest fruits souce



Travel to Mexico ... We devote ourselves to oblivion thanks to the corn-cinnamon pancake with fruit filling with a hint of mint and tequila.




To do the pancakes you will need:
  • 1 cup milk 3.2%
  • 60 grams of corn flour,
  • 1 egg,
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar,
  • incomplete one teaspoon of cinnamon,
For fruit filling:
  • 5 pieces of strawberries,
  • 1 handful of raspberries,
  • 1 handful of blackberries,
  • 2 tablespoons of tequila,
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar,
  • 2 mint leaves,
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter,

  • chocolate souce


1 From milk, corn flour, egg, 1 tbsp sugar and a pinch of cinnamon we make cake for pancake, mixing thoroughly all the ingredients . 
2  On the frying pan with a little oil make the pancakes.
3 In another pan melt the butter, add the fruits, 2 tablespoons of sugar, tequila and finely chopped mint leaves. We make fruit souce. 
4 Serve with chocolate sauce.
